Professor Anthony Bing Leung Cheung, the second president of the AAPA, is back to academia after serving for 5 years in the Hong Kong Government as Secretary for Transport and Housing.  

He joined the Department of Asian and Policy Studies of the Education University of Hong Kong as Research Chair Professor and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as the Visiting (adjunct) Professor focus on research in governance and public policy.
