Professor Andrew Massey delivered a keynote speech at the 2015 AAPA Annual Conference in Xi’an, China on January 9, 2015. He is currently the Head of the Politics Department in the College of Social Sciences and International Studies at University of Exeter in the UK. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Review of Administrative Sciences and the Public Money and Management.

In addition, Professor Richard Walker from Hong Kong, Professor Masahiro Horie from Japan, Professor Eko Prasojo from Indonesia, Professor Supachai Yavaprabhas from Thailand, and Professor Lan Xue and Professor Jiannan Wu from China joined the plenary sessions and delivered their speeches.

In the opening ceremony, Dr. Tiejun Wang, Vice President of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Dr. Xiaoping Gao, Vice President of the Chinese Public Administration Society (CPAS), and Dr. Jiang Wu, President of the Asian Group for Public Administration (AGPA) delivered congratulatory speeches on January 9, 2015.
