AAPA President, Professor Pan Suk Kim, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Governance Innovation in a New Age: the Journey of the Octopus Bike" in the opening ceremony of the 2015 AGPA Conference in Jakarta (Sari Pan Pacific Hotel), Indonesia on August 27, 2014.  The Presidents of IIAS and IASIA as well as the IIAS Director-General joined the meeting and this meeting was sponsored by the Indonesian Ministry of Bureaucratic Reform.
