The President of the Hong Kong Public Administration Association (HKPAA), Professor Peter K.W. Fong, and the President of the Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA), Professor Pan Suk Kim, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for mutual collaborations at the Hotel ICON (the 2016 IRSPM Conference venue) on April 14, 2016.
The Hong Kong Public Administration Association (HKPAA) is the major professional association of public administration in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China and it is made up of academics, practitioners and graduate students in the field of public administration and public policy. The Hong Kong Public Administration Association (HKPAA) was established in 1990 and its website address is: www.hkpaa.org.hk.
